At House of Godard, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement. Due to the nature of our products, we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS and/or EXCHANGES, all products are final sale.

Once an order is dispatched from our warehouse, House of Godard cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays, missing, lost or stolen packages. If you are experiencing any of these issues, please contact the courier directly.

On merchandise, if the product is received damaged or defective you have 7 days from when you received the product to contact us. After 7 days availability for return, replacement, or refund will be voided. HOUSE OF GODARD IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST AND STOLEN PACKAGES!! Signature Required shipping option is available. If you feel your package was lost during transit, contact the carrier and provide them with the tracking number that was generated for your order.

We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements on items that qualify.

House Of Godard is not liable for packing and shipping expenses on returned items.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

These are made to order and takes 7 business days to complete then shipping process begins.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days through USPS Priority Mail. Orders placed on Fridays before 11:00am will be dispatched the same day before 12:00pm noon. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Mondays. During high volume periods there may be a delay in shipping of 3-7 business days, this includes holidays.
